Standard Denture

Standard dentures are fabricated by our denturists in our in-house dental lab using a traditional injection process, making them a reliable, budget-friendly option. This method allows for quicker fabrication, typically completed in 3 appointments. Processed at 100 PSI, the acrylic is less dense compared to milled dentures. This causes the denture to be more prone to staining and can be less hygienic over time. The denture teeth are also softer, which may lead to them wearing faster. The injection technique has the highest accuracy of fit before milled dentures. Standard dentures are a practical and economical solution with an expected wear resistance on 3-5 years.

Standard Plus Denture

Standard Plus dentures are fabricated by our denturists, from a high quality standard disc using our in-house milling machine, ensuring exceptional precision and consistency. Processed at 1000 PSI – 10 times the pressure of traditional methods – this material is significantly stronger, more hygienic and more comfortable. Due to the strength of the materials, we can design the denture to be thinner for improved comfort while maintaining durability. The enhanced material allows for better chewing efficiency with a stronger tooth and lingualized occlusion. The process typically requires only 3 appointments and offers enhanced resistance to stains and odor, along with 5 years of wear resistance.

Digital/Complex Denture

Digital dentures are fabricated by our denturists, from a high-impact disc using our in-house milling machine, making them the strongest most advanced option available. Processed at 2000 PSI – 20 times the traditional injection method. They provide superior strength, improved hygiene, and exceptional comfort. This advanced process offers the best chance of achieving strong suction, especially on the lower denture by using SEMCD techniques. Patients also have the opportunity to try the final denture through a 3D printed prototype, ensuring optimal fit and esthetics. As our most customizable option, digital dentures allow for balanced occlusion for better fit and function, enhanced resistance to stains and odor and a natural feel. Many patients report higher satisfaction due to the improved comfort and precision. They have an expected wear resistance of 5-7 years.
