Standard dentures are fabricated by our denturists in our in-house dental lab using a traditional injection process, making them a reliable, budget-friendly option. This method allows for quicker fabrication, typically completed in 3 appointments. Processed at 100 PSI, the acrylic is less dense compared to milled dentures. This causes the denture to be more prone to staining and can be less hygienic over time. The denture teeth are also softer, which may lead to them wearing faster. The injection technique has the highest accuracy of fit before milled dentures. Standard dentures are a practical and economical solution with an expected wear resistance on 3-5 years.
